The driver sets off for the pickup time in your booking. If you learn your flight will land late, write to us and we move the pickup to the new time. There is no charge for a delay. If the flight is cancelled, the transfer is cancelled free of charge.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The amount you see when you book is locked. Everything is included, VAT included: the amount on the screen is the amount you pay. Traffic does not change it.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
For now payment is taken in cash in the vehicle, so you pay nothing in advance; a cancellation leaves nothing to refund and nothing to ask of you. If your plans change, let us know as early as you can with your booking reference.
