1. Veri sorumlusu

Kişisel verileriniz veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla İKA TRAVEL TURİZM İNŞAAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Soğanlık Yeni Mah. Fuatpaşa Sk. No: 12 İç Kapı No: 3, Kartal / İstanbul) tarafından işlenir. İletişim: destek@asentur.com.

2. İşlenen veriler

• Kimlik: yolcuların ad ve soyadı; U-ETDS bildirimi için T.C. kimlik veya pasaport numarası.
• İletişim: telefon numarası ve e-posta adresi.
• Yolculuk: alış ve varış adresi, tarih ve saat, uçuş numarası, yolcu ve bagaj sayısı, çocuk koltuğu için çocuğun yaşı, rezervasyona yazılan not.
• İşlem: rezervasyon kodu, tutar, ödeme yolu. Kart bilgileri bu sitede girilmez ve işlenmez.
• Üye yolcularda: hesap e-posta adresi ve son giriş tarihi.

3. Verilerin toplanma yöntemi

Verileriniz elektronik ortamda, kısmen otomatik yollarla şu kanallardan toplanır:

• Bu sitedeki rezervasyon, üyelik ve iletişim formlarına sizin yazdığınız bilgiler.
• Rezervasyonu başka biri yaptıysa (örneğin bir yakınınız veya çalıştığınız şirket), sizin adınıza onun verdiği yolcu bilgileri.
• Telefon, WhatsApp ve e-posta ile yaptığınız rezervasyon ve talepler.
• Rezervasyon sistemi ve şoför uygulaması tarafından tutulan işlem kayıtları (rezervasyon kodu, şoför ataması, yolculuğun başlama ve bitiş zamanı).
• Kartla ödemede bankadan dönen ödeme sonucu (onaylandı ya da reddedildi bilgisi; kart numarası bize gelmez).
• Çerezler: ayrıntısı gizlilik ve çerez politikasında.

4. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

• Transferin yapılması, şoförün ve aracın atanması, yolcuyla iletişim: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK md. 5/2-c).
• U-ETDS bildirimi, fatura ve muhasebe kayıtları: kanuni yükümlülük (md. 5/2-ç).
• Hizmet kalitesi, değerlendirme talebi ve uyuşmazlıklarda ispat: meşru menfaat (md. 5/2-f).

5. Aktarım

Verileriniz yalnız yukarıdaki amaçlar için ve gerektiği kadarıyla şunlara aktarılır:

• Transferi yapan şoföre ve, iş bir iş ortağı taşımacı tarafından yapılıyorsa, o taşımacıya.
• Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı'na (U-ETDS) ve talep hâlinde yetkili kamu kurumlarına.
• Kartla ödemede ödemeyi alan bankaya.
• Rezervasyon yazılımını ve sunucuları sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcıya (veri işleyen). Sunucular Türkiye'dedir.
• Rezervasyon, şoför ve araç bilgisi e-postalarını gönderen e-posta hizmet sağlayıcısına (veri işleyen).

Yurt dışına aktarım

Adres araması ve güzergâh hesabı Türkiye'deki kendi sunucularımızda yapılır; yazdığınız adres yurt dışına gönderilmez. Yurt dışındaki bir hizmet yalnız şu durumlarda kullanılır:

• Haritanın görüntülenmesi: rezervasyon ekranındaki harita görseli Esri'den (ABD) yüklenir. Bu istek doğrudan tarayıcınızdan gider; Esri haritada görüntülenen bölgeyi ve, internetin işleyişi gereği, IP adresinizi görür.
• Marmara dışındaki yolculuklar: alış veya varış noktası Marmara bölgesi dışındaysa mesafe ve süre TomTom'a (TomTom International B.V., Hollanda) sorulur. Bu soruyu sunucumuz sorar ve noktalar yaklaşık 1 km'ye yuvarlanarak gönderilir.
• Telegram: onay sayfasında Telegram'dan bildirim almayı seçerseniz, rezervasyon, şoför ve araç bilgileriniz Telegram üzerinden size iletilir.

Harita ve mesafe isteklerine adınız, telefonunuz, e-postanız veya rezervasyon kodunuz eklenmez. Bu aktarım, sizinle kurulan transfer sözleşmesinin kurulması ve ifası için zorunlu olduğundan KVKK madde 9/6-b uyarınca yapılır. Telegram yalnız sizin seçiminizle kullanılır.

6. Saklama süresi

• Telefon numarası, e-posta adresi ve yolculukla ilgili yazışmalar yolculuğun bitiminden 90 gün sonra silinir.
• Rezervasyon, U-ETDS ve fatura kayıtları ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır ve süre dolunca silinir.
• İki yıl (730 gün) boyunca hiç giriş yapılmayan yolcu hesabı silinir. Her girişte bu süre yeniden başlar.

Her kayıt, ilk yazıldığı gün bir silme tarihiyle saklanır.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK madde 11 uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, işlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı kişileri öğrenme, eksik veya yanlışsa düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bunun aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle uğradığınız zararın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Başvurunuzu kimliğinizi gösteren bilgilerle birlikte şu yollardan biriyle yapabilirsiniz:

• Islak imzalı dilekçeyle Soğanlık Yeni Mah. Fuatpaşa Sk. No: 12 İç Kapı No: 3, Kartal / İstanbul adresine elden veya posta ile.
• Kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresiyle, güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imza ile (KEP adresimiz: ikatravel@hs01.kep.tr).
• Daha önce bize bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı olan e-posta adresinizden destek@asentur.com adresine.

Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlanır. İşlem ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirirse Kurul'un belirlediği tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by İKA TRAVEL TURİZM İNŞAAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Soğanlık Yeni Mah. Fuatpaşa Sk. No: 12 İç Kapı No: 3, Kartal / İstanbul) as the data controller. Contact: destek@asentur.com.

2. Data processed

• Identity: the passengers' first and last names; for the U-ETDS filing, the Turkish ID number or passport number.
• Contact: phone number and e-mail address.
• Trip: pick-up and drop-off address, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and bags, the child's age for a child seat, the note written on the booking.
• Transaction: booking reference, amount, payment method. Card details are not entered or processed on this site.
• For registered passengers: the account e-mail address and the date of the last sign-in.

3. How the data is collected

Your data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through these channels:

• What you type into the booking, sign-up and contact forms on this site.
• If someone else made the booking (for example a relative or your employer), the passenger details they gave on your behalf.
• Bookings and requests you make by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
• Records kept by the booking system and the driver application (booking reference, driver assignment, start and end time of the trip).
• For card payments, the result returned by the payment provider (approved or declined; the card number never reaches us).
• Cookies: see the privacy and cookie policy.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

• Performing the transfer, assigning the driver and the vehicle, contacting the passenger: making and performing the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• U-ETDS filing, invoice and accounting records: legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).
• Service quality, asking for a review, and proof in a dispute: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• Campaign messages: only with your explicit consent, given separately on the payment step or when you sign up (art. 5/1); the date is kept, and you can take it back at any time on the My account page.

5. Transfers

Your data is shared only for the purposes above and only as far as needed, with:

• The driver performing the transfer and, where a partner carrier performs it, that carrier.
• The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (U-ETDS) and, on request, competent public authorities.
• For card payments, the bank or payment institution taking the payment.
• The provider of the booking software and servers (data processor). The servers are in Türkiye.
• The e-mail service provider that sends the booking, driver and vehicle e-mails (data processor).

Transfers abroad

Address search and route calculation run on our own servers in Türkiye; the address you type is not sent abroad. A service abroad is used only in these cases:

• Showing the map: the map image on the booking screen is loaded from Esri (USA). This request goes directly from your browser; Esri sees the area shown on the map and, as the internet works, your IP address.
• Trips outside the Marmara region: if the pick-up or drop-off point is outside Marmara, the distance and time are asked from TomTom (TomTom International B.V., the Netherlands). Our server asks, and the points are rounded to about 1 km.
• Telegram: if you choose to get notifications on Telegram on the confirmation page, your booking, driver and vehicle details are sent to you through Telegram.

Your name, phone, e-mail or booking reference are not added to the map and distance requests. This transfer is made under KVKK art. 9/6-b because it is necessary to make and perform the transfer contract with you. Telegram is used only by your choice.

6. Retention

• Phone number, e-mail address and messages about the trip are deleted 90 days after the trip ends.
• Booking, U-ETDS and invoice records are kept for the period the law requires and deleted when it ends.
• A passenger account with no sign-in for two years (730 days) is deleted. Each sign-in restarts this period.

Every record is stored with a deletion date from the day it is first written.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, to know the parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, to ask for its correction if it is incomplete or wrong, to ask for its deletion or destruction and for this to be notified to those it was transferred to, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems only, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can apply, with information that identifies you, in one of these ways:

• By a signed letter delivered by hand or by post to Soğanlık Yeni Mah. Fuatpaşa Sk. No: 12 İç Kapı No: 3, Kartal / İstanbul.
• From a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, or with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature (our KEP address: ikatravel@hs01.kep.tr).
• From an e-mail address you gave us before and that is registered in our system, to destek@asentur.com.

Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged.
